Shipping costs, timelines, and tracking details are dependent on the selected service and destination. PMX Health is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Delivery

PMX Health provides services that may include but are not limited to, personalized longevity roadmaps, in-clinic services, test reports, diet plans, and other health resources. Access to or delivery of these services is subject to completion of required assessments and may be provided digitally or in person based on the service type.
