Refund Policy

At PMX Health, we are committed to offering personalized, high-quality healthcare experiences. Our refund policies are designed to reflect the nature of our services, which involve highly customized diagnostics, therapeutic interventions, and clinical time allocation. Please read the following policy carefully to understand refund eligibility for various programs and products.

1. Refund Policy for All Programs

  • Once a member has started a PMX Health program, a refund cannot be initiated due to the following reasons:
  • Advanced diagnostics and assessments are conducted in the initial phase.
  • Physician and clinical team time is allocated and utilized.
  • Center appointments and slots are specially reserved for each member.
  • Costs of lab tests and clinical evaluations are incurred immediately.

These resources are specifically planned and executed for each individual. Therefore, once utilized, they make the program non-refundable beyond the point of initiation.

2. Refund Policy – Gut Microbiome Test

  • Refunds are only applicable if the kit is unopened and unused.
  • Once the kit is opened or labeled with the client’s personal information, a refund cannot be processed.

3. Refund Policy – Genomic Test

  • Refunds for the Genomic Test will be considered only if the test fails during the first attempt. In such cases, the client may choose to:
    • Opt for a full refund, or
    • Repeat the test at no additional cost.

4. Refund Policy – Supplements

We are happy to consider a refund for supplement purchases under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Product is in sealed, original packaging with the seal intact.
  • Product shows no signs of physical damage or tampering.
  • A valid invoice or order confirmation is provided.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Products not purchased directly from PMX Health.

5. Refund Policy – Therapy

Sessions (HBOT, Thermotherapy, etc.)
For packaged therapy sessions:

  • If you have purchased a package (e.g., 4 sessions) and only availed part of it (e.g., 2 sessions), the remaining sessions are refundable upon request.
  • Refunds apply only to unused sessions, provided they are not scheduled and the request is made in advance.
  • Once a session is attended, initiated, or marked as completed, it is non-refundable due to resource planning and personalized scheduling.

6. Refund Policy – IV Therapy

For IV therapy sessions:

  • If a package is purchased (e.g., 4 IV sessions) and only part is used, the unused sessions may be refunded upon request.
  • Once an IV formulation is prepared or administered after client consent, no refund will be issued.
  • Each IV mixture is customized for the individual and cannot be reused or reassigned. Even if the session is not completed, the preparation cost makes the session non-refundable.

Processing Time
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of request approval.
