Screening and Preparation

After pre-screening and orientation, you enter the cryotherapy chamber, where the temperature is rapidly lowered to sub zero levels.

Cold Exposure

Your body is exposed to extreme cold, causing blood vessels to constrict and reducing blood flow to the skin’s surface.

The cold triggers the release of endorphins, and blood rushes back to your core, enhancing circulation.

  A cryotherapy session usually lasts just a few minutes, often between 2 to 4 minutes.

Cryotherapy uses much colder temperatures than an ice pack and can target larger areas or the entire body for deeper and more effective treatment.

During whole-body cryotherapy, you usually wear minimal clothing. We provide a cryo robe at our centre.

Depending on your screening and health goals our physician will suggest you on the frequency.

You don’t need special preparation, but it’s best to be dry, avoid heavy meals, and make sure you’re not wearing any metal jewellery in the chambers.
